I hear what you’re trying to say, even when you don’t have the words for it yet.
Most of my clients are not starting from scratch. They have experience, taste, a point of view, and a thoughtful client experience behind them. But their current brand or website may still be carrying an older version of the business — one that no longer reflects the depth, quality, or direction of the work they are doing now.
I help established creative and service-based businesses translate that depth into a brand and website that feels clear, refined, and deeply aligned. My role is to find the throughline: the language, structure, and visual direction that help the right people understand the value sooner.
Before I designed brands for other people, I was trying to explain the value of my own creative work.
As a fused glass artist, I learned that making beautiful work is only part of the challenge. The other part is helping people understand what makes it meaningful, distinct, and worth investing in.
That thread has followed me through copywriting, web design, language study, information architecture, and brand strategy. I have always been drawn to the same kind of work: organizing complexity and giving ideas a clearer form.
Today, that shows up in brand identities, websites, and creative direction for service providers whose work is personal, thoughtful, and difficult to summarize in a single sentence.
The goal is not to invent a persona. It is to uncover the clearest expression of what is already there.
A strong brand should not make you feel like you are performing. It should make your work easier to recognize, easier to explain, and easier for the right people to trust.
"She took time and care in finding just the right words so they sounded like they came right out of my mouth."
